Aerosoft's - German Airports 2-Leipzig X 1.0 is German airport scenery for FSX and FS2004 which features Leipzig/Halle airport. The add-on depicts the Leipzig/Halle airport which gives a detailed scene of the real airport. It consists of lighting systems, buildings, taxiways and runways. All these have been restructured keeping into mind the real-time airport.
Another feature of this add-on is its aerial details. It has the ability to show aerial images and the ground texture which helps the user to estimate the height and enjoy the flying experience. There are many navigation aids available while flying the plane. The aids include ILS, ATIS, VOR, NDB etc. The details of the airport, surroundings and even the small details are given in the manual with the add-on. It enables a user to fly during day as well as night.
The transition of the time is shown by great effects. It consists of a taxiway bridge which is located over the highway. The road around the airport is surrounded by about 2000 cars. A Porsche plant covers the runway 26R in the airport. To add more realism small villages and roads are also included.
The users can enjoy the flying experience with the new textures, gradients, environment and the airport. It gives a different set of difficulty for the user to tackle as a challenge. This scenery add-on is supposed to give a remarkable in-flight experience to the users.
